Es ese el esp\u00edritu, la <strong>visi\u00f3n que se traspasa a los clientes y a la comunidad<\/strong> toda.<br \/>\nEn cada <strong>proyecto y cliente<\/strong> buscamos alcanzar un<strong> equilibrio en la forma de pensar, de sentir y ejecutar las acciones<\/strong>. Por este motivo, para nosotros, son de de suma importancia las partes involucradas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Colaboradores<\/strong>: elegimos a nuestros colaboradores por proyecto en base a que puedan desarrollarse en un \u00e1mbito din\u00e1mico, \u00e9tico y profesional; el mismo modo, que puedan pensar, sentir y realizar proyectos, emitir opiniones y tomar decisiones de forma coherente para s\u00ed mismos. Ofreciendo la posibilidad de que todos los colaboradores puedan ofrecer<strong> lo mejor de si, ser felices y sumar valor<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de su experiencia profesional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proyectos<\/strong>: en cada proyecto que se nos presenta, para seleccionarlo realizamos una<strong> evaluaci\u00f3n de Sentir, Pensar y Hacer<\/strong>.
