As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el banco a la polic\u00eda, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/cyber-heist-india\/indias-cosmos-bank-loses-135-mln-in-cyber-attack-idUSL4N1V551G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seg\u00fan recoge Reuters<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El banco ha explicado que los ciberdelincuentes robaron informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un ataque de malware en su servidor de cajero autom\u00e1tico,<strong> retirando 805 millones de rupias en 14,849 transacciones<\/strong> en poco m\u00e1s de dos horas el 11 de agosto, principalmente en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de los retiros realizados a trav\u00e9s de los cajeros autom\u00e1ticos, los piratas inform\u00e1ticos transfirieron 139 millones de rupias a una cuenta de una compa\u00f1\u00eda con sede en Hong Kong mediante la emisi\u00f3n de tres transacciones no autorizadas a trav\u00e9s de la red global de pagos SWIFT, dijo el banco en una denuncia policial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es el primer banco del pa\u00eds en ser v\u00edctima de los ciberataques. El pasado mes de febrero City Union Banck, tambi\u00e9n de la India, inform\u00f3 de que hab\u00eda sufrido tres retiradas fraudulentas de casi dos millones de d\u00f3lares a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma SWIFT.
