{"id":833,"date":"2010-11-02T11:53:33","date_gmt":"2010-11-02T14:53:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.talsoft-security.com\/site\/?p=833"},"modified":"2010-11-02T11:53:33","modified_gmt":"2010-11-02T14:53:33","slug":"sustituye-letras-por-numeros-y-emplea-acronimos-para-una-contrasena-mas-segura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.talsoft-security.com\/site\/sustituye-letras-por-numeros-y-emplea-acronimos-para-una-contrasena-mas-segura\/","title":{"rendered":"Sustituye letras por n\u00fameros y emplea acr\u00f3nimos para una contrase\u00f1a m\u00e1s segura"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Esta semana, el Informe de Seguridad de Microsoft ha revelado que Espa\u00f1a es el pa\u00eds donde m\u00e1s infecciones por &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Botnet\">botnets<\/a>&#8216; se producen (382.000 en el segundo trimestre de este a\u00f1o, tal y como recogen desde Portaltic).<\/div>\n<p>Por este motivo, algunas empresas de seguridad inform\u00e1tica, como <strong>Sophos<\/strong> y <strong>ESET<\/strong>,  han elaborado una serie de recomendaciones para que el usuario aumente  su nivel de protecci\u00f3n de cara a infecciones y seguridad, como solidez, a  sus contrase\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ESET ofrece unos consejos de cara a conseguir contrase\u00f1as m\u00e1s seguras:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Mezclar dos palabras, una palabra y n\u00fameros.<br \/>\n&#8211; Separar dos palabras con un s\u00edmbolo (de puntuaci\u00f3n o alfanum\u00e9ricos).<br \/>\n&#8211; Usar may\u00fasculas de manera aleatoria y desordenada.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sustituir letras por n\u00fameros y emplear acr\u00f3nimos que s\u00f3lo tengan sentido para el usuario.<\/p>\n<div>Tambi\u00e9n se recuerda una serie de conductas, que, desde hace a\u00f1os, son la &#8216;biblia&#8217; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>de lo que no se debe hacer con las contrase\u00f1as<\/strong><\/span>:<\/div>\n<p>&#8211; Mantener la misma contrase\u00f1a para un mismo servicio durante un tiempo superior a tres meses.<br \/>\n&#8211; Usar la misma para servicios como correo electr\u00f3nico, redes sociales&#8230; algo que realizan tres de cada cuatro usuarios.<br \/>\n&#8211; Emplear el nombre de uno mismo, el n\u00famero de DNI o fecha de nacimiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s seguridad ante software malicioso<\/strong><br \/>\nExisten multitud de antivirus, gratuitos y de pago. Los hay mejores y  peores.
