Se trata de Bastille Linux, un conjunto de scripts, que nos ayudan a mejorar la seguridad de nuestro sistema.
\nBastille-linux es un proyecto open source creado por el Instituto SANS para fortificar una distribuci\u00c3\u00b3n de linux orientada principalmente al aprendizaje de fortificaci\u00c3\u00b3n de sistemas.<\/a>
\nEl proceso de instalaci\u00c3\u00b3n se lleva a cabo a trav\u00c3\u00a9s de una serie de preguntas, que corresponde a los siguientes m\u00c3\u00b3dulos: Title Screen, Patches, File Permissions, AccountSecurity, SecureInetd, MiscellaneousDaemons, Sendmail, DNS, Printing, HP-UX y End Screen. Cada pregunta posee su correspondiente explicaci\u00c3\u00b3n. Preguntas que tendr\u00c3\u00a1s que responder despu\u00c3\u00a9s de leer la explicaci\u00c3\u00b3n, en funci\u00c3\u00b3n de la seguridad que quieras aplicar a tu sistema. Adem\u00c3\u00a1s posee una funci\u00c3\u00b3n para restaurar el sistema a la configuraci\u00c3\u00b3n inicial.
\nEsta no es solo una herramienta de fortificaci\u00c3\u00b3n de sistemas, su funci\u00c3\u00b3n es educar al administrador materia de seguridad de sistemas.
\nBastille Linux funciona en los sistemas: Red Hat, Fedora Core, SuSE, Mandrake, Debian, Gentoo, HP-UX, Mac OS X (en pruebas).<\/div>\n
