Privacy Policy

How Talsoft Security LLC handles information submitted through forms, calendars, resources, events and channels connected to the website.

Last updated: July 16, 2026.

This policy explains how Talsoft Security LLC handles information provided by users, leads, customers and visitors when using this website, its forms, calendars, resources, events and connected channels.

Who we are

The main website address is https://www.talsoft.com.ar/.

Talsoft Security LLC uses this website to communicate cybersecurity services, resources, events, contact forms, assessment calls and content related to maturity, readiness, Fractional CISO, Penetration Testing and ongoing advisory support.

Data we may collect

When someone submits a form or schedules a call, we may collect voluntarily submitted data such as name, email address, company, country, phone number, role, call date or time, service interest and comments.

We may also receive context related to an inquiry, such as enterprise customer pressure, audits, cyber insurance, readiness, PenTest, Initial GAP Assessment, maturity program or need for executive advisory support.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate calls, deliver requested resources, manage event registrations, evaluate commercial fit, prepare executive conversations and provide services when a relationship has been agreed.

We may also use aggregated or statistical information to improve the website, understand useful content and optimize campaigns, resources or forms.

Communications

We may send communications related to an inquiry, resource, event, call or requested service.

When commercial or educational communications are sent, the user may request to stop receiving them through the mechanisms available in the message or through the public contact channels.

Cookies and measurement

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, traffic measurement, statistical analysis and experience improvement.

Users can configure their browser to reject or delete cookies. Some website features, forms or external tools may be affected if certain cookies are blocked.

Forms, calendars and third parties

Some forms, resources, calendars, events, email tools, analytics or measurement tools may operate through external providers. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms of use.

When a user accesses an external link, Talsoft does not directly control the data handling performed by that third party. We recommend reviewing the applicable policies before submitting information.

Talsoft Scheduling and Google Calendar data

Talsoft Scheduling uses authorization from Talsoft's operational account, not the Google account of the person booking. The calendar.freebusy permission is used only to check occupied intervals and prevent conflicts; calendar.events is used to create, update or delete the event associated with the requested meeting.

The application does not display existing event titles, descriptions, attendees or content to users. OAuth tokens remain on the server. Talsoft does not sell data obtained from Google, use it for advertising or use it to train artificial intelligence models, and limits its use to the visible availability and meeting-management features.

Booking data and technical event references are retained while needed to coordinate the meeting, provide services, maintain reasonable records or meet applicable obligations. Authorization can be revoked from the authorizing Google account, and access or deletion requests can be initiated through Talsoft's public channels. Talsoft's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Mini Assessment

Mini Assessment answers and contact data are sent to the server only when the person requests the full report and expressly accepts the processing described in the form.

The default operational retention period is 180 days from submission and can be configured for a documented obligation or need. Expired records in local storage are pruned automatically; complete deletion must also propagate to integrated providers such as the CRM when applicable. Results do not receive a public URL and the PDF is generated in the browser.

Security and retention

Talsoft applies reasonable measures to protect received information and reduce unauthorized access. No internet-connected system should be considered risk-free.

Data is retained while there is a reasonable purpose for contact, resource delivery, service delivery, obligation compliance or legitimate commercial follow-up.

Control of personal information

Users may request updates, correction, use restriction or deletion of personal data through the public contact channels published on this website.

Talsoft does not sell, transfer or distribute personal data to third parties for purposes unrelated to site operation, resource delivery or service delivery, unless authorized by the user, required for operation with providers or required by a valid legal request.

Changes to this policy

Talsoft may update this policy when forms, providers, services, measurement tools, legal requirements or operating practices change.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically to confirm agreement with the current version.
